We distribute Mitsuboshi V-belts which are commonly used for power transmission. We supply a wide range of types including heat resistant, oil resistant and flexible types. We also supply banded V-belts, a banded version that prevents vibration, turnover and ensures stable running.

Standard Wrapped V-belt

Characteristics:
We provide a comprehensive range of Standard Wrapped V-belts which are commonly used for power transmission.

These are heat resistant, oil resistant, and flexible. We also supply banded V-belts, a banded version that prevents vibration, turnover and ensures stable running.

Applications:
A wide range of machinery from light duty power transmission for OA and household electric appliances to heavy duty power transmission such as printing machines, machine tool and crushers.

Narrow Wrapped V-belt
(MAXSTAR WEDGE Belt)

Characteristics:
Narrow Wrapped V-belt has double power transmission capacity than Standard V-belts due to the effect of the wedge. It features maximum 40 m/sec. high-speed transmission, and an energy-saving, compact design. It is banded type that can prevent turnover and ensures stable running is also available.

Applications:
Large sized pumps, crushers, dynamos, tooling machines, freezers

2. Multi MAXSTAR (Banded type)
   R3V, R5V, R8V

Thin Wrapped V-belt
Characteristics:
it is thinner than standard V-belts, with higher bending properties and can also be used for back side bending.

Belt Types:

1. Standard: Has excellent flex resistance.


2. Orange: Has excellent flex and shock resistance.


3. Gold: Has even higher flexed and shock resistance than the orange type.


4. Super gold: For high power rating, featuring aramid cords.


5. AG Series for Agricultural V-belts: We supply a range of types ranging from AG4 to AG10.
   You can select the belt most suitable for your application.


6. Bare Back Type: Clean power transmission is achieved with little dispersion of rubber powder.
   This is used for clutch drives.

Raw Edge V-belt

Characteristics:
Raw Edge V-belt features improved transmission efficiency since they are composed of cord and rubber with side faces made of fabric. Short fibers are mixed in the rubber towards the direction of the belt's width. It contributes to power transmission and helps to resist abrasion caused by side pressure.

Applications:
Cars, agricultural machinery, blowers, dynamos, escalators
